As a new exchange, I think it will lack recognition and trading volume than other existing exchanges. I want to know how to make up for this and how much I can withstand the server load that will occur when it becomes the world's best exchange in the future.

Wisebitcoin is a new exchange on the market and therefore doesn't have enough awareness and trading volume yet. This is why we are expanding our partnerships with the order book sharing system, Mainz 05, and many others you will get to know about in July or August this year. Wisebitcoin doesn’t have any server load problems because it handles 10,000 transactions per second and has the industry’s best system speed - 2.3 million TPS.

Most individual users are familiar with spot trading on exchanges and futures and ETFs will feel a bit unfamiliar. Currently, WISEBITCOIN offers a variety of products that are differentiated from general exchanges.In order to attract many individual users through gifts/various ETFs in addition to spots, it seems that access to these products should be easy. Please briefly introduce WISEBITCOIN's own marketing plan and product promotion strategy for futures/ETFs.

As we learned about WISEBITCOIN, it is an exchange that we look forward to in the future. If you support KRW, you will be able to use it more comfortably by domestic users. Do you have any plans to support KRW trading by entering the Korean market?

We do not offer direct fiat currency trading, including KRW. However, we are actively reviewing the possibility of providing a fiat currency deposit method through a new partnership in the second half of the year.

원화를 포함한 모든 법정통화의 직접 거래는 지원하지 않습니다, 다만, 하반기 파트너십을 통한 협업으로 제삼자를 통한 입금 방식을 적극 검토하고 있습니다.

 

Q7.

Currently, many investors are flowing into the cryptocurrency market and the volume of exchanges has increased significantly compared to the previous market. However, compared to the exchanges that are created and the exchanges used by investors are very limited. Even at the time of the old exchange coin trend, many exchanges were newly opened, but most exchanges are now invisible. So, is there any specialized advantage that WISEBITCOIN can appeal to investors?

Among the exchanges that recently landed in Korea, OKEx Korea withdrew its business in the aftermath of the enforcement of the Special Money Act. As far as we know from the headquarters in the UK, is there no risk of quitting the business? 

얼마 전 한국에 상륙한 거래소 중에서 OKEx Korea가 특금법 시행의 여파로 사업을 철수하였습니다. WISEBITCOIN 거래소의 경우 영국이 본사로 알고 있는데 그에 따라서 사업을 그만둘 수 있는 리스크는 없는 건가요?

South Korea’s 'Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information' is a bill that makes virtual assets, including cryptocurrency, fall under the traditional regulatory system and are thus to be managed by financial authorities in the country. Wisebitcoin is a Singapore-based exchange that complies with KYC/AML under local and international law, and therefore there is no issue to continue our business.

특금법은 한국 국내 가상자산 사업자를 대상으로 하는 법안입니다. 와이즈비트코인은 싱가폴 소재 거래소로 현지법 및 국제법에 따른 KYC/AML을 준수하고 있습니다.

 

Q9.

Many exchanges make exchange coins. Is WISEBITCOIN planning to make exchange coins?

많은 거래소들이 거래소 코인을 만듭니다. WISEBITCOIN은 거래소 코인을 만드실 계획이 있으신가요?

It’s great to have an exchange token, but for us it is a top priority to provide first more essential services to our members. So, we’re currently undecided about making our own exchange token, but we will inform you through a notice once we’re planning to create and offer Wisebitcoin tokens.

거래소 자체 토큰도 좋지만, 회원들에게 더 만족스러운 서비스를 제공하는 게 최우선이라고 생각하기에 신중하게 검토하고 있으나 아직은 미정입니다. 추후에 진행되면 공지를 통해 여러분께 알려드리겠습니다.

 

Q10. 

Recently, many late exchanges have been trying to differentiate themselves. Exchanges such as MXC and gate.io make DeFi and NFT zones separately to help users use them comfortably. In the case of WISEBITCOIN, it is simply divided into goods and gifts. Do you have any innovative ways to attract users' attention?

We are already developing bulletin boards by subject DeFi and NFT, which are easy to distinguish. Later on, we will introduce tags to indicate ETF, DEFI, NFT, AGGR, etc, on spot trading.
