New Order는 DeFi 빌더를 위한 리소스의 축적, 형성 및 분배를 재정의하는 온-체인 실험을 구축하고 있습니다. New Order는 DAO 모델을 활용하여, 파운더의 아이디어를 메인넷으로 발전하도록 하는 것을 목표합니다.

Q1. 

I saw that the team is currently running a base camp. I'm curious about the conditions for participation and the contents of the camp education.

현재 팀에서 베이스캠프를 운영중인거로 알고 있습니다. 캠프의 참가 조건과 캠프교육 내용에 대해 궁금합니다.

A1. 

The DeFi Base Camp is our first Base Camp accelerator program dedicated to a specific sector within Web3. Together with Outlier Ventures, we will be launching 30- 40 DeFi startups across a number of different cohorts over the next two years, with the first cohort of projects set to begin this April! Ways to get involved:

1. DeFi protocols utilizing cross-chain composability and solutions – We are encouraging the development of infrastructure and applications in the DeFi space that not only help manifest a future of multi-chain DeFi but help enable it with cross-chain composability solutions.

2. MetaFi applications, applying DeFi to the Open Metaverse (NFTs, gaming, etc.)

3. Projects that leverage other disruptive technologies such as AI/ML to power DeFi either on the infrastructure (oracles, bridges, custody etc.) or application layer (DEXes, lending, assets etc.)

4. Projects exploring the interaction between CeFi <> DeFi on-chain

5.DeFi applications built on all chains including, but not limited to Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot Terra or Avalanche

Participating startups will gain exposure to both New Order and OV ecosystems, offering an unparalleled opportunity for founders to rapidly scale their technology and support base.

High level The program structure:

Weeks 1 - 2: Mentor madness

Pitching to the entire OV mentor network, OV + New Order team, coming out of those pitches, you will receive feedback on the value prop and messaging. And more importantly, we will match you with the mentors you want to work with, as well as setting goals and OKRs for the rest of the program.

Weeks 3 - 8: Execution

You will have 1-2 knowledge building sessions every week on different topics, (fundraising, tokenomics, token design, legals, NFT structuring, community building, etc.).

More tailored approach to teams depending on what they need. This can include: getting them connected with mentors, other people in the OV network, support with legals, bank account opening, entity registration, help in hiring, etc.

Support in technical decision making (how to build, where to build)

Internal pitch day to OV mentor network (to give feedback prepare for pitching to larger VCs)

Demo day with our community to report progress

Weekly touchpoints: 1 with our team to track weekly tasks and for us to learn how we can support. 1 touchpoint with the mentor in residence to discuss strategic topics, make decisions, and track OKR progress.

Week 9-12: Fundraising

Support on revamping the pitch decks

Discussing tokenomics, valuation, allocations, VCs to approach

Opening rounds, scheduling investor meetings, discussing fundraising strategy

디파이 베이스캠프는 Web3 항목 내의 특정 섹터를 위한 저희 첫 베이스캠프 엑셀레러레이터 입니다. Outlier Ventures 와 함께 저희는 향후 2년간 다양한 영역에서 30-40개의 디파이 스타트업을 출시할것이며, 그중 첫 프로젝트들은 이번 4월에 나올 예정입니다.

참여방법은 아래와 같습니다.

1. 크로스체인 구성과 솔루션을 활용하는 디파이 프로토콜 - 저희는 멀티체인 디파이의 미래를 현실적으로 가져오는것 뿐만 아니라 크로스체인 구성 솔루션의 기반이 될 디파이 공간의 애플리케이션의 개발을 장려하고 있습니다.
2. 메타파이 애플리케이션 - 오픈 메타버스에 디파이를 적용하는(NFT, 게이밍 등)
3. AI나 ML과 같은 다른분야의 기술들을 끌어와 디파이의 인프라 또는 애플리케이션 레이어에 힘을 불어넣는 프로젝트들
4. 중앙화금융과 탈중앙화금융의 온체인 상호작용을 연구하는 프로젝트들
5. 솔라나, 아톰, 폴카닷, 루나, 아발란체 뿐만 아니라 각종 체인에 지어진 디파이 애플리케이션들.

참여 스타트업들은 뉴오더와 아웃라이어 생태계에 노출이 많이 될것이며 설립자들에게는 전에없던 기술력과 기반을 확장할  각종 기회를 얻을 수 있게 됩니다.

베이스캠프 구조

1-2주차: 아웃라이어 멘토 네트워크와 뉴오더 팀과 함께 밸류에이션과 소통에 대한 피드백을 얻고 함께하고 싶은 멘토들과 짝을 지어줍니다.

3-8주차 : 매주 1-2회 각종 주제(펀딩, 토크노믹스, 토큰 디자인, 법적 규제 등)에 대한 세션을 진행 하고, 팀 맞춤형으로 더 진행하기도 합니다; 여기에는 멘토와 연결, 아웃라이어 네트워크의 다른 사람들과 연결, 법적인 도움, 은행계좌 개설, 법인 등록, 구인 도움, 기술적 결정 도움 등이 있습니다.

9-12주차 : 펀딩

피치덱 수정 돕기, 토크노믹스 의논, 밸류에이션, 얼로케이션, VC 고르기, 투자자 미팅 일정 조율, 펀딩 전략 의논, 등이 있습니다.

I think it is a market where new jobs are being created through Web3. What new jobs do you think NewOrder can create?

이 시장은 Web3를 통해 수많은 일자리들이 창출되는 중이라고 생각합니다. New Order은 어떤 새로운 일자리를 만들어낼 수 있는가요?

A2. 

If you are interested in getting involved with our DAO we have funneled each different workstream into sub catagories, what we refer to as our SubDAO's. We are onbarding contributors for Community and Marketing,Technical (Marek lead), Governance, Research, Incubation, and Treasury. We have 3 incubated projects currently (Redacted, OptyFi, H2O,) where there is also oppurunity to get involved with those projects. Last we have a accelorator program with Outlier Ventures, where we build with teams and help scale there overall outputs. We are always looking for entrepenurs in the space to builld along with and assist in there efforts to expand the space.

I wonder how New Order's investment process goes. Also, I wonder how the community participates in the New Order decision-making process.

뉴오더의 투자 진행이 어떻게 되는지 궁금합니다. 그리고 커뮤너티가 뉴오더의 의사결정 과정에 어떤 식으로 참여할수있는지 궁금합니다.

All decisions made by the DAO are proposals that are sent in by the Community on commonwealth. If the proposal gets enough votes, it will be transferred to snapshot where governance hodlers can vote on a decision. Only once the decision is finally closed on snapshot by the community votes, it can then be implemented by our development team.

다오에 의해 내려지는 결정들은 전부 커뮤너티의 이익을 위해 보내진 프로포절들입니다. 만약 프로포절이 충분한 표를 받는다면 스냅샷으로 전송되어 거버넌스 홀더들이 결정투표를 하게 됩니다. 스냅샷에서 커뮤너티 투표에 의해 결정이 나면 저희 개발팀이 그제서야 적용 시킬수 있습니다.

Q4.           

Above all else, I think New Order is a project centered on DAO. I'm curious what characteristics it has compared to other DAOs.

다른걸 다 떠나서 저는 뉴오더가 다오에 집중하는 프로젝트라고 생각됩니다. 그러나 다른 다오들과 비교했을때 무엇이 다른지 궁금합니다.

New Order is a decentralized (DAO) - Tokens from incubated projects added to treasury are airdropped to Newo token holders. - We are building and scaling along DeFi projects - SubDAO’s allow more people to get involved within our DAO and become a contributor. There is a place for anyone to contribute to New Order , many different subDAO contributor tasks that can be completed by not only developers. - We are not focused on leverage farming. Our focus is purely based on incubating DeFi projects to flourish DeFi projects! Other DAO's may have an incubation program but purely based on if a project has added value, rather we value long term growth.

뉴오더는 탈중앙화된 DAO입니다 - 인큐베이팅 된 프로젝트들의 토큰들은 재정에 추가되어 NEWO 홀더들에게 드랍됩니다. 저희는 디파이프로젝트들을 만들고 확장하고 있습니다. SubDAO는 더 많은 사람들이 저희 다오에 연관되고 기여할수있게 해줍니다. 뉴오더에는 누구나 기여자가 될 수 있고, 다양한 subDAO 역할들은 개발자 외에도 많은 사람들에게 기회를 줍니다. 저희는 레버리지 파밍에 집중하지 않고, 순수히 디파이 프로젝트들을 인큐베이팅 해서 디파이 생태계를 더 풍부하게 만드는게 목적입니다. 다른 다오들도 인큐베이팅 프로젝트가 있을 순 있지만 저희는 프로젝트의 부가가치를 떠나서 장기적인 성장을 중요시 합니다.

As far as I know New order has a contribution program, how does this work? Are contributors rewarded?
